This feels like a homecoming! I met my bride, saw my children baptized, and served 12
years as youth minister, all right here! This has truly been "A Place To Call Home" for us
and we are grateful He has called us back, now to serve as Church Administrator!

My wife, Beth, and I have two amazing kids Madison and Miller. My wife and I grew up in the Shreveport area and lived here most of our lives. I’m a graduate of C.E. Byrd High School and Louisiana Tech University. My family and I love family movies, vacations, weekend getaways, and sporting events. You also could say that our family is a little enamored with Disney. I love sports. I watch, coach and play a lot of them. You would probably be accurate to characterize me as competitive. I also enjoy movies and TV series. I’m a Sci-Fi geek, but I also love a good comedy. You’ll find that I go around quoting one-liners from my favorites. I’m not a hunter, but I love fishing. I have a passion for Summer Camps of all types and co-direct several in our area. I enjoy this life God has given me and love to make people laugh. I love people and enjoy getting to hear other people’s stories. If you see me around, don’t feel shy come start a conversation. I’d love to talk to you.

My wife Alysce have been married 12 years and have two beautiful daughters (Wren and Willow). Alysce and I are passionate about worship and discipleship and we’ve been blessed to do ministry together for 15 years now. Grawood is my home church and a very special place to me. I was baptized, surrendered to ministry, licensed for ministry and met my wife all here at Grawood.

I have been in ministry for a little over ten years. I have served in the children's department and am now blessed to teach many of those same students in the youth department. My wife and I currently have two toddlers and one baby girl on the way. It is an honor to serve at Grawood and to serve this community.

I have served along side my husband, Cody Lewis, in ministry for a little over seven years now. We worked first in the children's ministry and now in the youth. I then became preschool director. Two years ago I felt led to start the weekday preschool program to meet a need in our area. I have several years of experience in education, and feel honored that the Lord blessed me with the opportunity to use that talent in ministry at Grawood. My husband and I have two beautiful babies and are expecting another in August.

My name is Cassidy Simmons, soon to be Richardson. I'll be getting married at the end of May. I am the Associate Minister to Children and Families. I am a full time public school teacher. I was baptized right here at Grawood when I was 8, surrendered to ministry my junior year of high school, and served in many internship roles at several churches throughout my life. I am blessed to be able to do what I love at a place I call home.
